THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Safety, Security and Asset Management’s (OSSAM) Occupational Health and Safety Office (OHSO) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Chenega Global Protection, LLC, 14420 Albermarle Point PL STE 100, Chantilly, VA 20151-1782. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a 7 month bridge contract to the current CDC contract #75D30120C08513, there will be no new work only a continuation of the work in the original contract.
