Contract Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services contract for continued services for eligible American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) male and female youth, including 24-hour residential substance use disorder treatment, clinical services, case management, culturally responsive programming, referrals, and aftercare coordination, in accordance with Indian Health Service standards located at Portland, Oregon as a sole source to Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc.
