The Air Force intends to to Orally Solicit a competetive contract for HAZMAT Remediation for Building 216 on Peterson Spaceforce Base IAW FAR part 13.106-1(c). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, all responsible sources who believe that they are capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to SSgt Alexander Ayala at Alexander.ayala.1@spaceforce.mil for consideration no later than 4:30 pm Mountain Time, 22 January 2026. Late responses will not be considered. A determination by the Government to post this proposed contract to SAM.gov based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
