THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure services for non-personal custodial services to include cleaning, sanitation, and annual waxing/stripping for Fort Bliss, Texas at building 1008, and 1009, concerning (1) base, (2) option years, and a 6 month optional extension as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside.
