The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order (DO) N0001926F1032 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001926G0003 to Maritime Surveillance Associates (MSA), STE 1, 2 Pegasus ST BRUNSWICK, ME 04011-5018, for the engineering support for the Global Reconstruction Analysis and Measurement System (GRAMS) baseline. This DO will expand the usability of the systems for future sensor systems that will also contain elements of sustaining the software baseline to correct deficiencies found during testing. The software will be capable of providing recommendations for enhanced mission planning.
