Contract Description

This notice is to prorivde notification to industry regarding the sole-source procurement to Palantir Technologies of the Investigative Case Management (ICM) and Investigative Analytics (IA) System Modernization. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide the delivery of a more advanced investigative case management system for ICE, to include the initial delivery and deployment, licensing, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support, and custom enhancements. ICM is a case management system that plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of ICE, ensuring critical mission success.
