Contract Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for the US Coast Guard Base Kodiak Landfill Solid Waste Disposal Services for a three-month performance period. The vendor will be Kodiak Island Borough, 710 Mill Bay Road, Room 104, Kodiak, AK 99615, UEI: WT6NU1MLXNW7. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 12.102, services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements.
