Contract Description
This amendment answers the following vendor questions: On Drawing MH-101, General Notes #1 states that all supply and return ductwork is to be welded stainless steel. Please confirm that this includes the office areas, and applies to all supply and return duct on this drawing. Do the joints need to be welded as well? If so, what will the joint connection be at the VAV/CAV boxes and the air outlets (other than the airframe outlets)? Do the hangers for this ductwork also need to be stainless steel? Response: All ductwork (supply and return) from AHU-17-3A that serve the CATH & VIR Labs, shall be stainless-steel with welded joints.
