Contract Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office, intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price commercial services contract as a sole source basis to ScriptPro USA, Inc., pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by RFO 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government requires continuation/renewal of the operating lease for the currently installed robotic prescription dispensing system at Portland Area Indian Health Services clinics at Western Oregon Service Unit (Chemawa Indian Health Center), including maintenance, support, and an upgrade of the workflow platform server operating system to an actively supported operating system.
