The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Mechanical Vegetation Removal Services, Franklin Falls Dam & Blackwater Dam, Franklin & Webster, NH. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform mechanical vegetation removal at nine (9) base item locations around the Franklin Falls Dam and Blackwater Dam totaling approximately 9.95 miles for roads and log booms, and 0.10 acres for outflow areas.
