Contract Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal janitorial services at the Mud Mountain Dam (MMD) Project office and its designated properties. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to maintain the facilities in a clean, neat, and professional condition. Expected time commitment is 3 hours per week on Fridays from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST to complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly janitorial tasks. The Government will not supervise contract service providers.
