Contract Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal janitorial services at the Mud Mountain Dam (MMD) Project office and its designated properties. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to maintain the facilities in a clean, neat, and professional condition. Expected time commitment is 3 hours per week on Friday’s from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST to complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly janitorial tasks. The Government will not supervise contract service providers. The Contractor is solely responsible for its personnel and for performance outcomes as will be defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
