Contract Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO ABILITY ONE CONTRACTOR The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Pacific District, intends to award a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to, Ability One contractor, Skookum Educational Programs DBA: Tessera for grounds maintenance services at Fort Worden Post Cemetery. The period of performance will be for a one year base period and four one-year option periods. This contract will include FAR clause 52.217-8 for the possibility of six month option period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561730 with a small business size standard of $9.5 million.
