Contract Description
Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to allow for corrections to submittals since no complete proposal submissions were received. The proposal due date has been extended to Friday, January 9, 2026 no later than 4:00 pm CT. Due to this extension the Period of Performance has been updated to 02/01/2026 through 01/31/2031. This amendment also updates AMS Clause 3.3.1-40 to the INTERIM December 2025 version and adds two new AMS Clauses, 3.8.9-8 and 3.8.9-9. There will be no other changes to the terms and/or conditions as a result of this amendment.
