SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The U.S. Government desires to procure cleaning and haul away services for all interior sections of the 4th floor of building 606 at the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY established as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and eligible to GSA Contract Holders on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside.
